TButtonクラスの下記メソッドはインスタンス生成時やインスタンス破棄時のコールされる「コンストラクタ」と「デストラクタ」なのでしょうか？

上記2つのEmbarcaderoのDocWikiを拝見しても「このトピックには現在ドキュメントが存在しません。「ノート」を利用してこのトピックの改良について話しあうことができます。 」と書かれており，メソッドの機能や使い方が記載されておらず困っています。調べたところ，TLabelも同じでした。それに対して，TShapeの「[Create](http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/Libraries/Rio/ja/Vcl.ExtCtrls.TShape.Create)」と「[Destroy](http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/Libraries/Rio/ja/Vcl.ExtCtrls.TShape.Destroy)」は機能や使い方が記載されています。違いは何なのでしょうか？「TGraphicControl」や「TWinControl」，「TCustomControl」といったコンポーネントの継承元の違いなのでしょうか？それとも，DocWikiがフリーのサポートサイトのため，分からない箇所は記載してないだけなのでしょうか？

また，「Create」と「Destory」が「コンストラクタ」と「デストラクタ」の場合，1点質問があります。「コンストラクタ」の命名方法はクラスと同じ，「デストラクタ」のクラス名に「~(チルダ)」ではないのでしょうか？TButtonクラスの場合，コンストラクタが「TButton」，デストラクタが「~TButton」ではないのでしょうか？

TButtonクラスの「Create」と「Destroy」がどういう機能・使い方か分からない

##質問内容
Delphiで自作のDatePickerを作ろうと思い、TEditとTButtonを配置し、ボタンをクリックするとTMonthCalendarの張り付いたフォームをポップアップ表示をするようなプログラムを作成しています。
ポップアップを表示し日付をクリックすると、日付をEditに入力しポップアップを閉じるといったところまでできたのですが、
カレンダーコンポーネントの月を選択する矢印ボタン？をクリックすることでも閉じてしまうところが現在の課題点となっています。
動き的には、カレンダーの日付部分だけクリックするとポップアップを閉じるようにし、それ以外の場所をクリックしても閉じないようにしたいです。

###実現したいこと
四角形や円などの図形と文字列を同時に生成する自作コンポーネントを作成すること．

###困っていること
CustomControlクラスを継承したクラスを作成し，CustomControlのプロパティであるFontを継承しました．ですが，テストアプリでFontのSizeプロパティを変更しても文字列のサイズが変更せずに困っています．

###実現方法
文字列のサイズを変更する方法はウィンドウメッセージのWM_SETFONTイベントを発生させる必要があるだろうと思っています．ですが，WM_SETFONTイベントの発生させ方が分からず困っています．どなたがご教授お願いいたします．

継承したFontプロパティの文字サイズを大きくしてもサイズが大きくならない

###実現したいこと
次のフォーマットでRichEditに文字列を表示したい．状態(発生/回復=赤色/黒色)によって色を変えたい。

【フォーマット】

・ 番号1：3桁表示で右寄せ，0でパディング．
・ 年，月，日，時，分，秒：2桁表示，0でパディング．
・ 番号2：2桁表示で右寄せ，0でパディング．
・ 番号3：1桁表示で右寄せ．
・ 故障名：最大48文字まで
・状態：全角2文字で"発生"または"回復"
・ _(アンダーバー)は半角2文字分のスペース

###困っていること
上記，【実現したい例】のようにRichEditに文字列を表示したいのですが，下記Windows7の画面からWindows10に移行すると，回復の状態の行が赤色と赤色が混ざってしまいます。どなたか解決方法をご教授お願いいたします。「テスト」の部分は実際には故障名称が入っておりますが，秘密保持の観点から消しています。ご了承ください。

###試したこと
・[TRichEditで書式が部分的に変更できない場合の対処法 ](http://a7m.hatenablog.jp/entry/20090610/1244635781)
を参考に「CRやLF」を考慮してコードに修正してみたが，上手くいかなかった。また，Lines->Addではなく，SelTextに修正したりしたが，上手くいかなかった。

条件によりRichEditの行の色を変えたい(Windows10)

### 解決したいこと
　業務でOVHのため，既設装置(BCB5)を新しい言語(Embarcadero C++ Builder 10.2 Tokyo)で既設と同じ表示・動作になるように作り直しています(Win10化)。ソースは同じ警告を出すために，テスト的に作ったアプリです。
その中で，下記１～３と同じ警告が出ました。１～３の警告を削除したいです。警告をダブルクリックすると，Unit2.cppの「AnsiString str;」に移動します。Unit2.cppは，クラスではなく，共通関数です。なぜ，くらすでもないのに「コンストラクタが必要です」や「デストラクタが必要です」と警告が出るのでしょうか？

「グローバルコンストラクタが必要です」や「グローバルデストラクタが必要です」の警告削除方法を教えてください。

###実現したいこと
開発環境で作成したアプリケーションの画面解像度と実機の画面解像度が異なってもアプリケーションの表示が異ならないようにしたい。

開発環境の画面解像度：1024×768
実機の画面解像度：1366×768
開発環境の画面解像度と実機の画面解像度は上記の通りで，上記URLを参考に縦の「画面解像度の差分比率」を求めようとしました。ですが，小数点の計算が出来ずに困っています。

###試したこと
小数点の計算が出来るかを下記ソースコードで試してみましたが，「Unit1.cpp」の「ShowMessage(floatToStr(c));」で「1」と出て困っています。自分的には「1.75」と表示されてほしいです。どなたかご教授お願いいたします。

### 試したこと
Vcl::Stdctrls::TButtonにはclone()メソッドが定義されていないから上記エラーが出ていると思い，TButtonクラスにCloneableインターフェースを継承させました。Unit1.hのコメントされているTButtonクラスを実装してみると，下記エラーが出てきて解決方法が分からず，困っています。

prototypeデザインパターンをGUIアプリで実装できなくて困っています

###困っていること
下記記載の開発PCで製作したアプリをレンタルPCで起動後，特定の操作をするとタスクが死んでしまい，その原因がソフトウェアなのかハードウェアなの分からず，困っています．どなたかご教授お願いいたします．

###タスクが死ぬときの操作
アプリ自体は5つのマルチタスクで動いています．下記操作を実行すると，Excelが表示した時点でタスクバーに表示されていた5つのタスクアイコンが4つになります．Excelの表示方法は「ボタンをクリック」した時，「起動するExcelのパスを生成」して，Windows標準の「start 起動するExcelのパス」でExcelを表示しています．実機とレンタルPCのOSの設定は同じにしており，ソフト動作に必要なdllやbplはインストールしていることは確認しました．ですが，実機では下記操作を何度しても該当タスクが死なず，レンタルPCで下記操作を1度すると，Excelが表示した時点でタスクが死にます．Excelの表示は，開始日時から終了日時のあるデータを表示するものです(詳細は説明できません，申し訳ありません）．表示形式はマクロを使用しています．

0. Excelが表示する．
0. タスクが死ぬ．

###試したこと
社内のソフトウェアおよびハードウェアの有識者に聞いたところ，「start」でExcelを起動しているから「ソフトウェアがノンブロッキング」で動作しているが，それは問題ないか？とアドバイスをいただきました．なので，Windows標準の「start」からC++BuilderのOLEでExcelの起動するように変更してもタスクが死んでしまいました．ハードウェアの要因として考えているのは，HDDとSSDの違いまたはOSビルドの違いです．Excelに表示するデータが多いとHDDとSSDでデータの読み取り時間に違いなどがあるのでしょうか？また，OSビルドが17134.81と17134.137と異なりますが，最新のOSが入っているレンタルPCにおいて，17134.81にない更新プログラムが悪さをしていたりするのでしょうか？
原因がPC(ハードウェア)のせいなのかソフトウェアなのかが分からないので，どなたかご教授お願いいたします．
