psycopg2がインストールできません

Question

「動かして学ぶ！Python Django開発入門」にて
postgreSQLのドライバとしてpsycopg2をインストールするとあるのですが、
pip install psycopg2-binaryを実行しても下記のようなエラーが表示されます。
どうしてでしょうか。また、解決方法はありますか？

pip install --upgrade pipや
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
などでpipをアップグレードしましょう。

回答ありがとうございます、pipのアップグレードやssl関連のコマンド等は試したのですがダメでした。

Pythonのバージョンだったんですね。

pythonを違うバージョンで再インストールしたら治りました。
前回のバージョンでおかしかったみたいです。
