Windows10環境でVScode/Dockerを使用し、Django開発をしたいが、Djangoプロジェクトが作成できない

Windows10でVScodeとDockerを使用し、Djangoで開発をしたく、

以下のコマンド実行後に、
docker-compose run web django-admin.py startproject dockerblog .

以下のようなエラーが出ます。Docker側の設定の問題でしょうか。
原因・解決方法を教えていただきたいです。

本質的な解決ではないのですが、requirements.txt で Django>=3.0,<4.0 としてみてください。Djangoが4.0だと同じエラーが出ました。
