前提・実現したいこと
minicondaでの仮想環境の作成。
発生している問題・エラーメッセージ
conda create -n
を実行したところ以下のエラーが出て実行できません。

試したこと
始めはanacondaで同様のエラーが出力されました。
アンインストール後に再インストールをしても変わらないため,現在はminicondaでテストをしています。
心当たりは最近CUDAをインストールしたことです。
そのためCUDA関連のソフトを全てアンインストールしましたが,エラーコードの中に以下の文がありCUDAを認識しているようです。
virtual packages : __cuda=11.2=0
また環境構築以外,例えば
conda install pandas
でも同様のエラーコードが出力されます。
補足情報(FW/ツールのバージョンなど)
以下のバージョンで試しました。エラーコードは同様です。
Miniconda3:Conda 4.10.3 Python 3.9.5
Conda 4.10.3 Python 3.8.10
