Module Error (Python3)の解消方法について

こちらのコードにおいて

とエラーが起きてしまいました.

同じ階層にlibsディレクトリを配置していますか？またその中にconfig.pyはありますか？

こちらに関して,配置は問題なくできていますが,
おそらくフォルダの名前がpipにinstallされているlibsと
混合してしまったことが原因だと考えられます。

そのため,フォルダの名前を変更し実行したところ問題なく実行できました。

そのため,フォルダの名前を変更し実行したところ問題なく実行できました。
(ex. libs->libs_tmpなど)
