【docker】docker buildできない。。

前提・実現したいこと

こちらの方が作成してくれたdockerイメージのビルドを試みたのですが、下記のようにエラーが出てしまい、うまくいきません。
エラーが発生している理由と解決方法を知りたいです。
よろしくお願いします。。
