pip installでのSSLエラー

pip install matplotlibの結果、

となりました。会社PCのため、セキュリティの問題でしょうか。

使用しているPCのOSを質問文に追加してください。

また、ターミナルやコマンドプロンプトで「python -V」と「pip -V」、あとは「which python」(Windowsなら「where python」)を実行して、質問文にそれらの結果を追加してください。

会社PCということなので、Proxy環境下じゃないですか？
そうであれば"pip proxy"で検索しましょう。

ありがとうございます。調べてみました。

カレントディレクトリをインストーラをダウンロードしたフォルダにし、下記実行しました。
python -m pip install --no-deps matplotlib-3.3.4-cp39-cp39-win32.whl

ERROR: matplotlib-3.3.4-cp39-cp39-win32.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.

インストーラが違うのでしょうか。

ファイル名に「win32」が付いてるのは、32bit版Python用です
「win_amd64」が64bit用です
お使いのPythonのbitに合わせてください

の結果、

となりました。
ビット数はこれであっていると思うのですが、うまくいかないようです。

ファイルが無い、と言われてます
「python -m pip install...」がエラーになる状態で、
dir
を実行したら、そこに「matplotlib-3.3.4-cp39-cp39-win_amd64.whl」はありますか？

となりました。
matplotlib-3.3.4-cp39-cp39-win_amd64.whlはデスクトップに保存してある状態です。

が正しければ、「dir」を実行したらそこにあるはずですが、無いですね

「Desktop」にあるのは「python」という名前のファイルだけで、そのファイルはサイズが0です

こちらで解決しました。
C:\Users\■■\Desktop>　ではなく、
D:\■■\デスクトップ>　で行うと、正常に処理できました。
初歩的なミスで申し訳ございません。
いただいたアドバイスが参考になりました。
