Tensorflow ImportError

前提・実現したいこと

tensorflowをちゃんとインストールしたい！！

画像認識を使用した機械学習を作ろうと独学で奮闘している者です。
もう本当に何度も試しましたが2日間経っても解決できません。ググって最初に出てくるやり方はあらかたやりましたが、いまだにエラー。。お知恵をお借りしたいです。
