docker起動時、本来表示されるはずのipアドレスが表示されない

#前提・実現したいこと
DockerでRailsの環境構築をしたいです。環境はWindows10 Homeです。
Docker Toolboxをインストールして問題が発生しました。

#発生している問題・エラーメッセージ
Docker ToolboxのインストールしてDocker Quickstart Terminal起動したとき、

が表示され、本来表示されるはずのIPアドレスが出てきません。

#試してみたこと
似たようなエラー問題から解決法があり、

$ docker-machine rm -y default
$ docker-machine create -d virtualbox default

試してみましたが、うまくいきませんでした。

Error creating machine: Error in driver during machine creation: Error setting up host only network on machine start: The host-only adapter we just created is not visible. This is a well known VirtualBox bug. You might want to uninstall it and reinstall at least version 5.0.12 that is is supposed to fix this issue

dockerのバージョンを確認したところ、Clientは正常でしたがServerはエラーになっていました。

エラーの一番最後にvirtualboxのバージョンについてのメッセージが表示されていますが、virtualboxのバージョンは大丈夫ですか？

This is a well known VirtualBox bug.
You might want to uninstall it and reinstall at least version 5.0.12 that is is supposed to fix this issue
