tensorflowがある場所のパスを示されると回答が得られるかもしれません。
よくあるのが、違うところに入っているケースです。
前提・実現したいこと
tensorflowを導入
conda経由でtensorflowをインストールしましたが、
インポート時にエラーが発生してしまいます。

試したこと
pip経由、conda経由でそれぞれインストール（別の仮想環境にてインストール）
インストール自体は問題なく完了します。
補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）
tensorflow-2.0.0.dataのパスは
C:\Users\yacoo\Anaconda3\Lib\site-packages
です。
「pip経由、conda経由でそれぞれインストール」というのは、それぞれ別の仮想環境にてインストールしたという意味で良いでしょうか？

なんか、問題解決の理詰めの手続きがあるといいんですがね。
だいたい、インストールし直しで解決とかが多いですよね。
申し訳ないです。tensorflowを1.14.0にするとどうなるとか、
そういう確認方法もいいかもしれません。
