ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'accounts.urls'

とログの最後に出ているので、ファイルがあるか確認されるとよいかと思います。

確認したところファイルがたりてませんでした。
一旦プロジェクトを削除してやり直したところ
エラーの内容が変わったので確認いただけますでしょうか。
