[python] GitHub内にあるスクリプトをインストールできずに困っています

Question

Anaconda Promptで、以下のURLの"Install"欄に記載されているコマンドを実行したのですが、スクリプトをインストールできずに困っています。どうすれば解決できるのか、どなたかご教示いただけないでしょうか？お手数ですが、よろしくお願いします。

「Failed to connect to github.com port 443」よりネットワークに問題ある可能性あります。プロキシサーバなどLAN/WAN間に何か挟まっていないでしょうか？

コマンドプロンプトで

git config --global http.proxy http://proxy...
git config --global https.proxy http://proxy...

と入力し、環境設定ファイルに自分自身のプロキシ設定を追加します。

これで、無事にGitHub内にあるスクリプトをインストールできるようになります。
