Python 3.6 windows 10 pip10.0導入について

前提・実現したいこと

cmd 上にて、get-pip.py コマンドを実行するとpip 10.0 導入を促され、エラーが返ってきます。
python.exe -m pip コマンドを促されますが、どうすればよいでしょうか。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージは以下の通りです。

試したこと

・PCのシステムプロパティにて、システム環境変数の編集を行いました。
環境変数のPathに

C:\Users\ユーザー名\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python36
C:\Users\ユーザー名\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python36\Scripts

の二つを追加し、python --version コマンドでpython のバージョンを確認しました。

・ python -m pip install -U pip
・ python -m ensurepip --default-pip
・ python -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

→ Requirement already satisfied: setuptools in c:\users****.****\appdata\local\programs\python\python36\lib\site-packages
の結果が返ってきます。ただ、再度

・ python.exe -m pip

のコマンド入力すると該当のエラーが返ってきます。

補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）

環境は python 3.6.5 windows [Version 10.0.16299.214] 64bit です。
Anaconda 等は入れてません。

python.exe -m pipで返ってきているのはエラーじゃなくてUSAGE(トリセツ)です。
指示通りpython -m pip install --upgrade pipと打ち込んでください。

管理者権限でコマンドプロンプトを開く必要があるかもしれません。

エラーではないのですね。error と usage が出ていたのでどちらかなあと思いましたが、errorとも記載されていたので、エラーでもあるのかなあと思ってしまいました。

管理者権限で試してみましたが、modify されず、同様の警告文が返ってきます。Requirement already up-to-date～site-packages (10.0.0)と記載されているのでこのままでも問題ないのでしょうか・・。

問題ない気がします。
というか、3.4以降のバージョンではpipが同梱されているはずなのでget-pipは不要なような。
