App StoreにGuideline 2.5.10 - Performance - Software Requirements でアプリがリジェクトされた

Question

App Storeにアプリを審査したところ、Guideline 2.5.10 - Performance - Software Requirements でリジェクトされました。

前提・実現したいこと

Xcode : 13.2.1
Unity : 2020.3.19f1
GoogleAdmob : 7.68

Unit IDは本番用のIDを使用しています。
ATT設定も出来ています。
アプリの紹介画像に広告は含んでいません。

下記の画像で出ている[Test mode]はGoogle AdmobからApp Storeのアプリを追加していないのが原因だと思います。
これを行うためには、まず審査を通ってApp storeに掲載されてからじゃないと出来ないと思います。しかし、これをApple側が指摘するという事は何か解決策があるのだと考えています。
どうすれば、このエラーが直りますか？
