pip install discord.pyにてエラーになるのはなぜでしょうか

前提

PCにてcmd→pip install discord.pyとしてインストールしたいのですが最後なぜかエラーになってしまいますどうしてでしょうか

pip install discordだった気がします

とりあえずwheelを再インストール(アップデート)してはいかがでしょうか。
pip install -U wheel
