Jupyter notebookでipynbファイルを開いた際のエラーと警告

Question

miniconda3のpython3.8で，アナコンダプロンプトからjupyter notebookを開きipynbファイルを開いた際に，次のようなエラーと警告文が出ます．

[IPKernelApp] ERROR | No such comm target registered: jupyter.widget.control
[IPKernelApp] WARNING | No such comm: 4543fc00-68e6-4557-8b54-2aa3108366b6

これらの対処法を教えていただきたいです．よろしくお願いします．

どんなファイルでも同じ状態でしょうか？

OSは何でしょうか？またそのファイルはどうやって作成されたものでしょうか？

OSはWindows10 proで、ファイルはjupyter notebookで新しく作ったものを、上書き保存していました。
