下記質問事項にご回答いただけないでしょうか。

①最新バージョンを適用すべきかの判断基準
運用していく中で、ライブラリの最新版が出た際に適用すべきかの判断をどう行うべきか悩んでおります。

②各バージョンの変更内容の調査方法
リリースノートの確認を思いつき、Mavenリポジトリを覗いてみたのですが、リリースノートが見当たりませんでした。皆さんどうやって各バージョンの対応内容を確認しているのでしょうか。

③各ライブラリのステイブルバージョンの判断
システム初回リリースに向けて、mavenライブラリの適正バージョンを調査しております。
