PayPay自動受け取りBOT　モジュール見つからない

discordでpaypayの自動受け取りbotを作成しようと思って、以下のコードを見つけたんですが、
import package.paypaypublic as ppub
のモジュール？が見つからずこまっています。
もししっている方いれば教えていただきたいのと、別の方法があれば教えていただきたいです。
当方、プログラム初心者なので間違っているところ等ありましたら教えてください！
