VirtualBoxでの開発環境構築ができません。（vagrant upでrunningにならない。）

macでVirtualbox仮想環境の実行のためにvagrant upで起動を試みているのですが、以下のエラーが出て起動できません。

The IP address configured for the host-only network is not within the
allowed ranges. Please update the address used to be within the allowed
ranges and run the command again.

  Address: 192.168.33.10
  Ranges: 192.168.56.0/21

Valid ranges can be modified in the /etc/vbox/networks.conf file. For
more information including valid format see:

現在ドットインストールのレッスンに沿って学習しているのですが、サポートが終了しているレッスンのため、ここでつまずいております。
仮想マシンの状態を確認するために、
vagrant status
と入力すると、
以下の表示で出ます。

Current machine states:

default                   poweroff (virtualbox)

The VM is powered off. To restart the VM, simply run `vagrant up`

解決方法教えていただけると幸いです。

Address: 192.168.33.10
Ranges: 192.168.56.0/21

host-only ネットワークが許可された範囲外だと表示されていますので、適切なアドレスを設定すれば良いと思います。

192.168.33.10で設定しているのでしょうが、192.168.56.0/21のアドレス帯からIPアドレスを付与しましょう。
※MacにインストールしているVirtualBoxのhost-onlyアダプタのネットワークにあわせましょう
