アプリケーションのあるディレクトリ上にて”rails s”を実行すると、以下のように表示され起動できません。

これまではrails sにて起動できていましたが、以下の経緯を経て起動しなくなりました。
- bashの設定ミス
bash4をインストールしようとしましたが、/etc/shellsの書き換えに失敗。
設定後にターミナルを立ち上げても [プロセスが完了しました] とだけ表示されるようになりました。
設定ファイルを編集前に戻すことでターミナルは再び使えるようになりました。
- Ruby, Railsの再導入
ターミナルは使えるようになりましたが、rails sを実行するとRubyコマンドは存在しない旨の警告が出ました。
RubyとRailsを再導入することで、このエラーは表示されなくなりました。
どのようにしたら、再びアプリケーションを起動することが出来るのでしょうか。

###環境
・Mac OS 10.12
・現在のRubyのバージョンは2.4.0p0です。
・以前のRailsのバージョンは2.3系, 現在は3.2.0です。
