ローカルサーバーGitLab ssh接続が出来ない

Question

前提

ローカルでサーバーを立ててGitLabを使ってみようとしているのですが、ssh接続でハマっています。
Windows10>Ubuntu>Docker>GitLabという形です。
Ubuntu上でSSH鍵を生成し、GitLabのSSH鍵追加は行ったのですが、接続できません。
最終的にはWindows10のCMDからsshしたいと思っていますがうまく出来なかったため、
まずはUbuntu上のssh接続から解決しようとしています。
恐れ入りますが、ご教授いただけますと幸いです。

実現したいこと

Ubuntu上でGitLabに対してssh接続ができること。
git cloneなどをsshで行いたいため。

試したこと

下記で鍵を作成し、GitalabのSSH鍵追加をしましたが、ssh接続できません。

$ ssh-keygen -t rsa

パーミッションを変えてみてもダメでした。

$ chmod 600 ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub

現状でsshした結果を、下記のエラーメッセージに載せさせていただきます。

$ ssh -vvvt gitlab

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

しかし、何度か試しており、コピペミスというのは考えづらく、もし他に情報などありましたらご教授いただけますと幸いです。
