クジラ飛行机さんの連載を見ながらプログラムを実行しているのですが実行できません。
どこが間違っているのかわかりません。

試したこと

macOSなのでターミナルで pip3 install　--upgrade certifi　と入力しSSLの更新？をやってみました。

補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）

IDLE 3.10を使っています。

初心者で独学です。

Fixing CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED error when trying requests-html out on Macに書かれている２番目の方法をやってみてはいかがでしょうか。

Macの場合だとpython3を使っていると思われますので、which python3でpythonの場所を確認してください。それが3.10であることも確認してください。
それで表示されるPythonのフルパスを使って

open Pythonのフルパス\ 3.10/Install\ Certificates.command

を実行するそうです。
私はMacは使っていませんので、間違っていたらどなたかご指摘をしてください。
