herokuでのデプロイに失敗してしまう。

前提・実現したいこと

herokuでのデプロイをしようとしたところエラーが発生してしまいました。
ファイルはapi設定の部分を少し触っただけなので原因がわかりません。
ご教授いただければ嬉しいです。
