pythonファイルを実行すると以下のエラーが起こって困っています

・試したこと

恐らくCan't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available.
の部分が関係しているんだと思い、ググって調べたらpathを通せと書いてあったので以下のようにやってみたんですが、できませんでした。

"C:\Users\genge\anaconda3\Lib\site-packages\conda\shell\Library\bin"

pathを追加する方法が間違えていたかもしれません
ご教授いただけたら幸いです
