sendgrid APIキー作成直後にアカウント凍結

初めてsendgridを使います。
ここを参考にしました。

利用に当たり、メール認証→APIキー作成と進めましたが、
APIキー作成直後に、いきなりアカウント凍結されて困ってます。

まず、herokuコマンドから追加しました。

$ heroku addons:create sendgrid:starter

次にherokuにログインして、sendgridのメール認証を済ませました。

最後にAPIキーを作成に進み、以下の画面で「Create & View」をクリックすると

username
と
password
を求める画面が表示されました。※キャプチャ取ってませんでしたがログイン画面のようでした

ですが、先ほどアカウント認証したばかりでusernameやパスワードなど設定してません。なので？？となりました。

sendgridからメールが来てました。
何やらポリシー違反したとありますが、何が原因かサッパリ分かりません。。。
どうすれば良いのでしょうか？
分かる方教えて下さい。
