以下のような配列に対し、次のような操作を行いたいのですが、どのようなプログラムになるでしょうか。

操作
1.配列内の最左端の値を、ある変数(配列が良い)に入力する。
2.最左端から右にいくにつれて数値は初め一定または増えていくが、数値が初めて減る箇所で、減った直後の値をある変数(1と関係する配列が良い)に入力する。
3.その後、同様に右に行くにつれて数値は初め一定または増えていくが、数値が初めて減る箇所で、減った直後の値をある変数(1,2と関係する配列が良い)に入力する。
4.3を繰り返す。
例:最左端は15なので、15をa[0]に入力、その後、15,16,17,18,19と増えていくが、19の後12に減少するので、12をa[1]に入力、
その後、12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,と増えていくが、22の後10に減少するので、10をa[2]に入力・・・
