gem 'mysql2' bundle installをしたいのにできない

前提・実現したいこと

windows10
Rails 6.1.3
ruby 2.7.2p137 (2020-10-01 revision 5445e04352) [x64-mingw32]
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.33, for Win64 (x86_64)

データベースをsqliteではなくmysqlにやりたく、gemfileにgem 'mysql2' ,'>= 0.3.18', '< 0.6.0'と編集し、bundle installしたところエラーが出ました。しっかりとbundle installができるようになりたいです。
