AttributeError: type object 'datetime.datetime' has no attribute 'fromisoformat'

すいません、結局原因がわからなかったので回答お願いします。

google colabを使用しています。

fromisoformatは、python3.7からサポートされました。
pythonのバージョンを調べてみてください。
