pip install時にSSLエラーが出ます

Question

pip installしようとすると以下のエラーが出ます。
ネットで調べましたが、SSLエラー？という事がわかっただけで解決策はよくわかりませんでした。
以前は出来ていましたが、急にエラーが出るようになりました。
最近での出来事を記すと、
・VScodeをインストールした
・会社のIT部門にPCを渡してCドライブの容量を拡張した
くらいです。

何かわかりますでしょうか。
初心者すぎて何がなんやらの状態です。

今回の私の状況としては、
・VSCodeインストール時にPATHを設定した
・PythonはPATHの設定をしていなかった
でした。
もしやと思い、Python.exeとpipのPATHを設定してみたところ、SSLエラーが出なくなりました。
理由はわかりませんが...

回答ありがとうございます。内容いまいち理解できなかったのですが、つまりVScodeのインストールが問題だって事でしょうか？インストールの際にPATHの設定にチェックを入れてしまったのがマズかったですかね？

いや、それは関係ないですね。むしろどちらもこれからプログラムする上で必要なものなので問題ないです。VSCodeはただのテキストエディタですしね。
問題はお使いのパソコンのSSLに問題があるので、それを解決しましょうというのが今回の問題だと思われます。SSLについてはOpenSSLをインスト−ルすれば解決できるかもしれません。

あとは、質問を読む限りパソコンが会社から貸与されているようですが、会社でセキュリティのために色々セットアップさせられてネットワークに関わるアプリをセットアップさせられた場合はそれが邪魔している可能性があります。その場合は毎回ライブラリのソースを自力でインストールしてセットアップするなどをやるしかないかもしれませんね。。。
