Alphazeroの参考書（詳細は補足情報参照）で、以下のようなコードをgoogle colabで実行したところ、以下のようなエラーが発生しました。正しく実行するにはどうすればよいか教えていただきたいです。
試したこと
tensorflowのバージョンをテキストに合わせて1.13.1を使用したが、解決しなかった。

参考書名は「AlphaZero 深層学習 強化学習 探索 人工知能プログラミング 実践入門」で、p116の部分です。
