### 試したこと

エラーメッセージを検索してpip install --upgrade certifiといれたら解決するとあったので入れたがエラーになる。SyntaxError: invalid syntax

### 補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）

教科書通りにしているのですがinstallが使えないようです。
