bundle install のエラーの解決方法がわからない

Question

bundle install をすると以下のエラーが発生してしまいます。

bundle installをする前に

この文の意味がよくわからないので、どう解決すればよいかわかりません

まずアドバイスですが、パスに全角文字を含めるのは止めたほうが
良いです。
予期せぬトラブルの元になりますので。

最近、同じ質問に回答しました。

ユーザー環境変数TEMPとTMPに、
・全角文字や空白を含まない
・自分に書き込み権限のある
ディレクトリを指定してください。

新規でC:\Tempを作って(DドライブがあるならD:でも)、それを指定するのが良いと思います。

今後の無用なエラーを避けるために、インストール先も、C:\Users\名前\rails\～～を止めて、C:\rails\～とかにした方が良いです。

さらに言うと、
RailsのようなLinux由来の複雑なプロダクトを、Windows直下で動かそうとするのはかなりハードルが高いです。仮想マシンでLinuxをインストールしてそこで作業する方を薦める人が多いようです。
