###テキストファイルの2つの行を入れ替えたい

以下のようなテキストファイルがあった時、# text = と# id =の行を入れ替えたいです。

同一ファイルでやる場合は、一旦ファイルを全部読み出して、メモリ上で該当行を入れ替え、最初から書き込み直す、ということをする必要があります。

全部読み出す、というのがムリなら、別名で書き込み用ファイルを用意しておき、元ファイルから行単位で読み出し、該当行を入れ替えながら別名で書き込み、書き込み終了後、元ファイルを削除、別名ファイルを元の名前にリネームする、という操作を行います

1行ずつ見ていき、# text で始まる行があれば、次の行と入れ替えを行えばいいと思います。
