pythonのtensorflowのエラーについて

現在、ニューラルネットワークの勉強をしようと思いtensorflowのインストールをpip install tensorflowでインストールしました。自分が使っている環境にもtensorflow==1.12.0と表記されています。

いざ、import tensorflowと入力すると、以下のようなエラー文が返ってきました。
