ngrokのインストールがうまくいきません

Question

ngrok のインストールをしたいのですが、エラーが出てしまいインストールができません。

エラーの原因がわかる方がおられましたらご回答よろしくお願いいたいます。

root権限で実行しないといけないのに、一般ユーザーで実行しているからでは？

アドバイスの内容を試したところ進展がありました。
ただ、やはり途中でエラーになってしまい、、、
