Excelに吐き出すときにタイムスタンプのエラーがでる

以下コードで最終行付近でエラーがでます。
何か良い方法はないでしょうか。

df = pd.read_excel(r'C:\Users\xxxx.xlsx')
result_df_dict = {}
for key, query_params in df.to_dict(orient='index').items():
    param_key = str(key)

options={'remove_timezone') as writer:のところで、{に応答するものがなく、文法エラーになると思うのですが、このコードは質問者さんが実際に実行されているコードそのものなのでしょうか？

最終行の前に、dt['datetimeカラム'] = dt['datetimeカラム'].dt.tz_localize(None)でタイムゾーンを削除してはいかがでしょうか。
options={'remove_timezone'}がどのように機能しているのか機能していないのか分からないのですが
