composerでlaravel がインストールできない

Composer version 1.9.0
PHP 7.3.10 (cli)

https://reffect.co.jp/laravel/laravel6-installを参考にさせていただき、

*composer create-project --prefer-dist blog laravel6

とbashで打ったところ、

解決方法がわかりません。
どのようにすれば、インストールが成功するのでしょうか

単純にコマンドが間違っています。

composer create-project --prefer-dist blog laravel6

↓

composer create-project --prefer-dist laravel/laravel blog
