genymotionが起動しない！！

Question

アンドロイドアプリ製作でジェニーモーションを使っているのですが起動しようとすると
Unable to load VirtualBox engine.

Make sure that it is properly installed before starting Genymotion.

って出て起動しません。
誰か解決方法を押しえてください。
できればスクリーンショット付きで
環境はmacです。（もちろんwinの方が答えてもOK）

VirtualBoxのインストールが完了しているのにそのエラーが出ているならば、以下のコマンドのどちらかを実行すると、正常に動作する場合があるようです。

sudo /Library/Startupitems/VirtualBox/VirtualBox restart
# OR
sudo /Library/Application\ Support/VirtualBox/LaunchDaemons/VirtualBoxStartup.sh restart

環境によって実行ファイルの有無が違うようなので、
/Library/Startupitems/VirtualBox/VirtualBoxが有るようなら上のコマンド、
/Library/Application\ Support/VirtualBox/LaunchDaemons/VirtualBoxStartup.shが有るようなら下のコマンドを実行してみてください。

一応下のコマンドで起動するようになりました
でも
PCを再起動するとまたエラーが出てくるようになりますどうすればいいですか

エミュ本体（アンドロイド）を起動しようとするとPCが落ちる
