BashOnWindows Powershell(cmd)でBashコマンドを実行したい

Question

Powershell(cmd)でBashコマンドを実行したいのですが、不可能なのでしょうか？

ConemuのPSから\bin\bashを実行してみましたが、以下のようなエラーでできませんでした。

Local\lxss\rootfs\bin\bash' は、内部コマンドまたは外部コマンド、
操作可能なプログラムまたはバッチ ファイルとして認識されていません。

Current directory:
C:\Users\

Command to be executed:
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe" /C "C:\Users\AppData\Local\lxss\rootfs\bin\bash"

Bash というのはLinuxのコマンドですんでWindowsでは実行できません

ましかし、Windows10であればなんとか。
