### 発生している問題

初歩的な質問で申し訳ありません。

突然４０４エラー[The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.]でlocalhost に接続ができなくなってしまいました。
- 　モジュールの除去、クリーン、ワークディレクトリのクリーン
- 　プロジェクト、ワークスペースのクリーン
- 　OS、 Eclipse、 server の再起動
- 　サーバーロケーションの変更(-> Tomcat installの使用)

- 　server.xml,　context.xmlの設定(docBaseの確認)

など、試してみましたが依然解決に至っていません。
原因として考えられそうな事があればお知恵をお貸しいただきたいです。
よろしくお願い致します。

### 現状・考察
状況としましては、「始動はするが、localhost~~に接続できない~~でapplicationのindex.jspが表示できない」状況で、
プロジェクト名を除いた http://localhost:8080/ のみでも~~接続~~表示できません。

素人の考察ですが、logで以下の部分が気になっています。
「フィルタ [SessionFilter]」
というフィルタはすでに削除したはずで、Finder上にも見当たらないのですが、何処かに残っていて読み込んでいるのでしょうか。


もし、関係がありそうでしたらこのファイルの存在を確認するにはどうしたら良いのか、ご教示いただけますでしょうか。

プロジェクトのリフレッシュ
プロジェクトタブ⇒クリーン
プロジェクト右クリック⇒実行⇒MavenClean
プロジェクト右クリック⇒Maven⇒プロジェクトの更新
Eclipse再起動
~/.m2/repository 配下のフォルダを全て削除し、
Mavenプロジェクト右クリック → Maven → プロジェクトの更新。

上記をすべてやってみましたが変わらずでした。。。
他にあるとすれば設定ファイルとかでしょうか
何か他に解決策があればご教授ください。

Mavenでビルドエラーの解決方法

mavenの環境変数設定について
以下の環境で開発をしております。
・Windows 10
・Eclipse photon
・Spring boot
・mySQL

現在、maven installでエラーが起きて躓いております。
以下、エラーメッセージ

原因としては、mavenの環境設定に問題があるみたいで、環境変数の設定を行いました。

binを通したのでコマンドプロンプト側でもmvnコマンドが使用可能になると思ったのですが、

mavenのコマンド mvnが認識されません（binの設定も通りません）

VSCodeでビルドを行おうとした際、下記のエラーが排出されます。
 C:\Users～のパスの通りにファイル等が配置されていない事が原因かと思い、設定の変更が可能か探してみたのですが、うまくいかず。
どのようにしたら、ビルド出来ますでしょうか。

導入した拡張機能は
Java Extension Pack
Spring Boot Extension Pack
等です。

質問に慣れていない事もありまして、情報的に足りない部分も多いかと思われますのでご指摘いただければ幸いです。

Eclipseのオフライン下のインストール・プラグインインストールと設定について

Eclipseのインストール関係で質問です。
◆インストールについて
現在インターネットに繋がる環境でhttps://www.eclipse.org/downloads/から落とした最新版のexeよりインストール(git等プラグインもインストール)した環境があります。これと同じ環境を今回ネットに繋がらないPCで作りたいと考えてます。


やりたいことは以下のことです
１．オンラインのPCと同じEclipseの開発環境をつくる
プラグインのインストールも現行と同じように行う
２．1台のPCで複数のユーザーがEclipseを使用するのでユーザーが増える毎に環境作成でなく1台のPCに設定したものを使いまわしたい

◆質問
１．オフラインでEclipse本体をインストールする場合公式のダウンロードサイトでexeではなくパッケージのzipファイルを取得し、Cドライブ等に配置し設定するだけでexeでのインストールと同等の環境になるか？

２．プラグインのオフラインインストールはどのようにすればいいか？
https://qiita.com/galaxy2galaxy/items/ea820636a402d5000102 のサイトのようにネットに繋がっている環境で上記のページの処理で取得したファイルを移して取り込むような形がいいのか？依存関係のチェック等も含めて

参考サイトのように試しましたが、Install New Softwareより取り込む際に
「No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,com.google.gson.source,ｘｘｘｘｘｘ」よのようなエラーが大量に出て取り込めませんでした。
サイト等を見て、contact all Update ・・・のチェックも外しましたがダメでした。
おそらく依存関係で足りてないものがあるんでしょうが、それを含めた形で取り込む術がわかりません

Eclipseのオフライン下のインストール・プラグインインストールと設定について

### 前提・実現したいこと
[Spring公式ガイド](https://spring.io/guides/gs/accessing-data-mysql/)の通りにSpringBootからMySQLへの接続を試してみようと思い、公式からプロジェクトのGitをcloneしました。

Mavenから起動させようと、コマンドで
`mvnw spring-boot:run` (`mvn spring-boot:run`)
を打ったところエラーが起きて起動できないので、解決方法を知りたいです。

この時、zipファイルが開けないといった感じのエラーのようだったので、
よくネット上で書かれている
`mvn  spring-boot:run`
でやってみることにしました。

をcloneして、application.property（データベース接続の設定）だけ変えたものです。

### 試したこと

- Help 1を見ましたが、分かりませんでした…。
- Hikaripoolが怪しいと思い、[コネクションプーリングが効かない問題をコードリーディングから解決したお話](https://kcf-developers.hatenablog.jp/entry/2018/06/18/122027)を参考にプロセスを調査しましたが1個しか表示されず、記事のように10個いっぱいという現象ではないです。

[https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.zaxxer/HikariCP/3.3.1](https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.zaxxer/HikariCP/3.3.1)からダウンロードしたHikariCP-3.3.1.jarを該当プロジェクトのtargetフォルダ内に置き、
`mvn clean package`してから再度
`mvn spring-boot:run`しましたが変わりませんでした。


公式ガイドのGitをcloneしているのでソースコードが間違っているとは考えにくいです。
原因と解決策が分からず、何か分かる方がいらっしゃればご教授いただきたいです。

mvnw spring-boot:run でエラーが起きて起動できない

##状況

Spring bootでh2を永続的に使用するためapplication.propertiesファイルを記述していました。
永続化するためファイルデータベースのパスを記述しDBを実行してみたところ
