render.comでのデプロイ後のエラーの解決方法について知りたい

実現したいこと

render.comでのエラーを解決したい

前提

render.comで一度デプロイを行い、問題なく動作していました。
しかし、特にアップロード等していないにも関わらず、エラーが発生してしまいました。
postgresqlの何かしらの問題だと思いますが、知識不足のため解決方法がわかりません。
ご教授いただけますと幸いです。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

render.comで確認できるlogの中のエラー

PG::ConnectionBad: connection to server at "10.224.230.224", port 5432 failed: Connection refused
