JupyterLab 「use %tb to see the full traceback」

上記のようなエラーが出るのですが下から２行目にある
「use %tb to see the full traceback」
の「%tb」は具体的にどうすれば「full traceback」をみられるのでしょうか？

下にセルを挿入し、そこで「％tb」としてやり、フルトレースバックを見ることができました。
セルの挿入の仕方は知っていましたがこのやり方は思いつきませんでした。
