Eclipse起動時に、FrameworkEvent ERROR

Question

Eclipse(2022-03(4.23.0)) 起動時に、以下のエラーが出ています。
「eclipse.exe -clean.cmd」を実行しても、「(ユーザホーム)\.eclipse」を削除しても、解消しません。解消方法を教えていただきたいです。
※Eclipse を バージョンアップしてもよいと考えたのですが、2022-03 が 最新版らしく、バージョンアップできません…
※プラグインを削除してもよい（あまり使わないので…）のですが、どのプラグインを削除すればよいかがわかりません。…

結局、Eclipse を再インストールし、新規に ワークスペース を作成することで、Eclipse からのエラー出力を抑止しました。おそらく、Eclipse 過去バージョンで作成したワークスペースと、Eclipse 最新バージョン があっていなくて、エラーが出ていたんだろうと推測します。質問は解消しました。

OSが何かわからないですが、Eclipseを最初からインストールし直せばどうでしょう

OSはWindows10になります。
にっちもさっちもいかなければ、結局はインストールし直しになるのでしょうけれども、原因を突き止めて対処したい思いもありまして・・・Eclipseセットアップに結構時間をかけたものですから・・・

Eclipse をインストールしなおしました（バージョン2022-03）。
そののち、
https://mergedoc.osdn.jp/ で日本語化パッチを適用し、Eclipse の 「ヘルプ」→「新規ソフトウェアのインストール」から、Swingデザイナーをインストールしました。Eclipse起動時のエラーは減りましたが、依然として、以下のエラーが出ます。解消方法を教えていただきたいです。
