外部からメールの受信ができないです。

こんにちは！
現在AWSのEC2インスタンスにCentos6.9をインストールしてメールサーバを構築しています。

外部にメールを送ることはできましたが、逆に外部からメールを送ると下記のようなエラーが発生します。

550 5.7.1 <user@ip>... Relaying denied. Proper authentication required.

これはSMTPからRELAYの設定の問題だと思ってsendmail.mcとaccessファイルを修正して見ましたが
まだ同じエラーが出て受信ができない状態です。(すべてのポートをOpenにしました。)

どこから検討したらいいでしょうか？
