PHPの変数をjQueryの変数に代入するところで躓いています

Question

###前提・実現したいこと
PHPで投稿したデータをfopenで保存しています。
そこでよくある続きを読む（ツイッター風）ボタンを乗せました。
前提として投稿制限（何回まで投稿許可）はしています。
ですが、１回続きを読むを押すと全部のデータ（つまりfopenで保存している情報）がすべて出てきます。そうではなくて１０件ずつ、または１５件ずつなどに区切りたいのですが実現できません。

whileではなく、if文で処理

id="ID"が無いのですが、id="ID"を書いている部分を追記できますでしょうか？

while で複数回指定しなくても1回で大丈夫です。ただ、「１０件ずつ」というプラグインでないため、お望みの挙動で無い可能性があります。PHPの出力部分や出力されたHTMLを追記していただければ解決策を提案することもできるかもしれません。

var js_var = $('#ID').val();をvar js_var = <?php echo $ID; ?>;とすれば、JS側でPHP側の変数を受け取ることができると思います。

なおwhileブロックの中に常に実行されるbreak;が存在するため、これはif文で書き直したとしても動作は変わりません。
