flutterとfirebaseの連携でエラー

Question

４８時間検索して色々試してもダメでした。
だれか助けてください。
このエラーは何をどうすれば治るのでしょうか？
知ってる方がいましたら教えてください。
よろしくお願いします。

アプリの minSdkVersion が 16 (Android 4.1) で、ライブラリの 19 (4.4) より低いので、19 以上にすれば良いのでは？ (Android 4.x なんてまだ使ってる人いるのかな…。)
