xcodeで作成したアプリを実機で実行したいがエラーが出てできない

Question

xcodeで作成中のアプリを実機で実行したいと思ったのですが、以下のようなエラーが出てしまい、自分で調べても中々解消できないのでお力添えをいただければと思い質問させていただきました
