ターミナルでwordpressをインストールしたいが、エラー発生

Question

awsを利用しwordpressを構築しているのですが、wordpressをインストール最中に”tar zxvf ~/latest-ja.tar.gz
”でエラーが出てしまってググってみたものの解決質問させてもらっています。解決にご協力、ご教授お願いいたします。

実行した内容。

yum -y update
↓
amazon-linux-extras install php7.2 -y
↓
yum -y install mysql httpd php-mbstring php-xml gd php-gd
↓
systemctl enable httpd.service
↓
systemctl start httpd.service
↓
wget http://ja.wordpress.org/latest-ja.tar.gz ~/
↓
tar zxvf ~/latest-ja.tar.gz
↓
[root@ip-10-0-0-29 ec2-user]# tar zxvf ~/latest-ja.tar.gz
tar (child): /root/latest-ja.tar.gz: open 不能: No such file or directory
tar (child): Error is not recoverable: exiting now
tar: Child returned status 2

ファイル名を再度確認して通りました。
