Nuxt.jsにsassをインストールできない

今までインストールができたのですが突然インストールできなくなったので質問です。

ターミナルでcd　kneipp（プロジェクト名）をしてからnpm install sass-loader node-sass --save-devすると下記のエラーになりました。
