fbprophetがインストールできない

データ分析がしたく、jupyterLabでfbprophetをインストールしようとしたのですがエラーが出てしまいできませんでした。解決策をご教授いただきたいです。
実際のコードは

!pip3 install pystan
!pip3 install fbprophet

です。
